Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders are typically not processed or shipped on the weekends. If your shipment is delayed for some reason, we will contact you directly via phone or email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Seek What Is Above charges $5.00 flat rate shipping for all domestic orders.

We use USPS Media Mail for books, which takes 2-8 business days. Ground/Ground Economy shipping through FedEx, USPS, and UPS are used for all other items, which takes 3-5 business days. If you need a faster shipping option, you may send a request via our contact form.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Seek What Is Above ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Seek What Is Above is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select international destinations, including Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange shipping for you.

International orders are shipped via tracked international mail services. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing but typically range from 1–5 weeks.

Delivery Estimates

  • Canada: 1–3 weeks

  • Europe: 2–4 weeks

  • Australia, New Zealand & Japan: 2–5 weeks

  • Other eligible international destinations: 2–5+ weeks

Customs, duties, and taxes

Seek What Is Above is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the destination country’s postal service. While we do our best to ensure reliable shipping, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Address and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Seek What Is Above will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
